1. Use of Website
• All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Clinical advice can only be provided following a face-to-face consultation with a qualified practitioner.
• Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.
2. Appointments & Consultations
• All treatments require a prior consultation to assess suitability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
3. Payments
• Full payment is required in advance of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
• We accept payment via card or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of €100 or loss of deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Treatment Plans
• Treatment plans are valid for 30 days from the date of consultation.
• Plans may be adjusted based on clinical findings.
• Consent forms must be signed before certain procedures.
6. Refunds
• Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.
• Product returns are accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.
• Refunds for prepaid treatments are subject to discretion and may require documentation.
7. Data Protection
• We comply with GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act.
• Personal data is stored securely and used only for clinical and administrative purposes.
• You may request access to your records in writing.
• Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use your information, can be found at a2aesthetics.ie By using this website you are accepting the terms as set out by the Privacy Policy.

8. Use of Images
• We may use anonymised images for educational or promotional purposes with your consent.
• You can opt out at any time by informing us in writing.
9. Liability
• Anam Aesthetics Limited is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow post-treatment advice.
• All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals under strict safety protocols.
10. Complaints
• We take all complaints seriously. Please submit any concerns in writing to a2aestheticsbooking@gmail.com
• Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and resolved within 21 days where possible.
